I'm not too familiar with J-Rock, but I guess I'd have to say either Alice Nine or An Cafe. Never listened to them, but that's what most weeaboos listen to when it comes to J-Rock.

Again, don't listen to that much J-Rock, so I think I don't even have an answer for this one.
