The Corporate Routine
My job kicks ass. I've been on my own for over 2 weeks now. I have a team of about 15 TMs and they all call me with their needs all day long. I rock a bitchin' headset and bullshit with my team and brokers all day long. Most of my team is in the Toledo area so Veronica says when I'm caught up enough to do ride-withs she'll send me down there for a week or something. That'll be sweet.
February 9th I make a triumphant return to Kalamazoo to represent U.S. Foodservice at the career fair held at WMU. Thats pretty f'n crazy. I'm going with an HR rep and DSM (district sales manager) and we're gonna hit up the school for potential employees.
In the meantime I've been playing a lot of video games and chillin' with the roommates Timmy and Ballhugger. I don't really do anything else. Still getting my finances all in line after the move and everything.
This past Saturday me and Tim volunteered to cook for the Breakfast with Santa at the office. Kinda sucked to work on my day off but I made a lot of friends fast and met the President of the company and shit. Proving myself as a team player and what not. Next weekend me and Timmy are working the Kris Kringle market in Rochester for the Mills so I'll get paid probably a hundred bucks for doin that.
We'll post when the housewarming party is and anyone who reads this still is probably invited if you can make it out. We know the weather is getting shitty and all but it'll be sweet. I'm sure we won't be short on rock band/guitar hero games either.
I'm addicted to the new Cradle single "The Death of Love" listen to it.
Anyone know of a new restaurant in need of a food rep. or one that is unhappy in their current situation? Send them my way and I'll get them hooked up. Gotta keep the leads in the pipeline so I can get a raise and shit.
