Surely, you must be on your way soon to a new career in tea?
I know there is a bubble tea place near here, which specializes in ensuring that its teas are also made to a certain temperature and steeped a certain time.
I think with an aging population (for which coffee is now getting too tough on the tummy), there may be some appetite for taking part in tea ceremonies and small talk. hmmmm....I wonder if we could do a poly evening centred around some tea tasting? I like that idea!
What do you think? If I could organize something for here, would you be interested in doing something like this? If the idea is attractive to you, perhaps you could email me with details. Suggested cost for people, Suggested setup for you, etc.
I've become a bit of a tea granny myself, though with Orange Pekoe taste buds (ok, Cream Earl Grey and Chai), I'm a little concerned that such a tea party might ruin me for the cheaper stuff. ;-)

I'm not far off from a career in tea, but the reality of tea shops closing left and right sobers me a little. I have offered to temporarily relocate to one of my company's many offices in China just to indulge my passion (which is fortunately shared by my family), but a career in tea itself it far away it seems
