Also, your review of this movie is making me BRB LOLLING. Also, making me want to watch it again, kinda. I remember that Sean Bean as Odysseus was hotasfuck. UNF.

oh godddd i'm glad you're lolling, i seriously need to read SOME HISTORY to remind myself that this was a work of fiction, and achilles and patroclus were absolutely lovers, and i have a headache.

Clearly, the only solution to this headache is to go relax for a bit, and then come back and fic it all better. THIS IS A TRIED AND PROVEN METHOD, RECOMMENDED BY 4 OUT OF 5 XTINES.

lol, my attitude toward the alexander movie just proves that i have absolutely zero taste in film and what i like is sorely dependent on quantity and quality of a) gay, and b) ~period atmosphere. it doesn't even matter what period and it doesn't matter how well it's done.

and then i'll say that and write a two entry long commentary on how much i love everysingle scene and acting and music and ~crying for alexander's pride~ and i think i have some serious issues.

just gonna watch, like, the scene with bb alex being like I LIKE ACHILLES BCAUSE HE LOVED PATROCLUS 8D and ~the balcony scene~ where they confess their undying love.
