Hurricane Katrina has left New Orleans completely ruined, and I haven't heard from Brandi yet. I called her mother, who said she went to Alabama, but there were still concerns, as the hurricane fucked up Alabama, too.
I can't sleep now, because I'm too worried. I hope I hear some news that she's okay soon. I don't know what the hell I'd do if something happened to her. Brandi and I have always looked out for each other, and until she moved, I've protected her. But you can't really protect someone from a hurricane, can you?
