Help! Mood Theme

May 12, 2005 00:41

After months and months, I finally finished my Help! mood theme. Better late than never. Supreme thanks goes out to chadwinrules for her awesome screencaps. :) Help! is the second Beatles film, made in 1965, a madcap faux-spy movie spoof. Sort of. Or as IMDB puts it, "Ringo finds himself the human sacrifice target of a cult and the band must try to protect him from it." Perhaps not as critically accalimed or stylish as A Hard Day's Night, Help! is still great for a laugh.

Note: You must have a paid LiveJournal account to use a custom moodset other than the ones automatically offered by default.

Instructions for Downloading and Installation -- Please Read
1. Credit me. All I ask. This mood theme is available to the public. My LiveJournal username is ignited. Wondering how? Just a little snippet in your userinfo should suffice. Thanks.

2. First, download the zip file. It contains the moodset images and a text (.txt) file (which you'll use later). Then upload all of the images to your server. Be sure that your server can directly link images.

3. Go to the Admin Console and paste in the following:
moodtheme_create "Ignited's Help! Mood Theme" "A moodset of Help!"

4. It will give you a number if it is successful (random example: 16811) when entered. Write it down because you'll need it.

5. Open the text file that is included in the .zip file you've just downloaded. Replace all 16811s with your number. Then replace all the lines of "http://www.blahblah.com/help" with whatever the URL is for the folder containing your moodset pictures.

6. Copy and paste the entire text file into the Admin Console. If successful, you'll see numerous lines stating "Data Inserted". The moodset is finished.

7. Select the moodset from the drop down list on the Modify Journal page.
