I'm 1.59 which is 5'2" the weight loss ticker includes BMI so that's handy to estimate how far down or up a person is. According to that (you have to be between 18,5 and 25) I can weigh as little as 47 kilos without registering as underweight. I would be showing ribs at that point though ewwwwwww!
So yeah I'll see how healthy I look and feel the lower I get.
And lol I have the flat butt thing too, my hips are kinda narrow compared to my shoulders so anything more curvy would help. I think there are some squat type things in my work outs that might help but my main goal is getting rid of all the fat around my torso, that is really nasty.
