He's been sitting on the fire escape for ten minutes now. I don't think he's realized that I've seen him...but surely someone here noticed that he was here? Did I mess something up?

It probably was sparked by the whole animal crisis going on at the moment...but I was walking around yesterday, and saw a sign for 'Animal Shelter'. I didn't quite know what it was, and feeling a sense of adventure - went in.
