Syrup on chicken? No. But I've have honey bbq wings and it showed me that I don't like mixing sweet tastes with my meat.

That's like saying bacon cheeseburger but not knowing you're supposed to eat the bacon, cheese, and burger together.

They are not always served on top of each other, buttmunch. In fact I almost always see them lined next to each other on display.
