Guess My Meal: Dessert Edition
This will be Apple Souffle with Cream Anglaise.
I didn't make dinner tonight. So I just went with what I was going to make for dessert last night but got tired. I actually made the cream anglaise last night. Easy enough. I think there would've been much more depth in flavor if I had a vanilla pod. But stupid giant does not have those.
The apple souffle was easy to make. It was nice and fluffy and surprisingly it's not that bad for you. Until you add the cream anyway. All in all it's not a bad dish and you can probably get some panty draws if you make a souffle just because it sounds fancy.
If I make souffle again it'll be of a different variety. Chocolate perhaps. But I give this one a solid B.
