Tomorrow, at the ungodly hour of 8:00 am, I will be going to the hospital, where they will pump my poor, unsuspecting veins with some sort of dye, expose my naughty internal organs to the x-ray, tease and torture me in all sorts of unanticipated ways, and then charge me for the pleasure.

Keep assorted digits and limbs crossed for me. :)
