So, in college, we used to drive up from Athens in the summer time with a bunch of inflatable rafts and styrofoam coolers, and float down the Chattahoochee River and drink. Hug your loved ones, cupcakes. I've seen to much sadness and waste in the last couple of days, so I pass along the standard sort of advice for times like these. Don't waste time on the inconsequential, ducklings, it's in too short supply to squander.

And this is a nasty/bad time of year.

But not to fret, nothing's wrong with me or mine.

So much for the new drum set being more sturdy than the last -- Mat cracked the yellow pad last night.
