Eventful Week
Normally, I'm mostly a hermit in the evenings, leaving my house only for the occasional girly night or dinner with a friend. This week, however, I was quite the social butterfly... :)
Thursday night, Nephilpal treated chasinbutterfly and I to the fabulous Christmas Carol event at the Shakespeare Tavern. If you have the opportunity to go, I recommend it. Plus, the food is fabulous.
Last night, chasinbutterfly and I went to the Jump, Little Children concert at Eddie's Attic. I really have no words to describe it, other than absolutely perfect. My only regret was that we didn't buy tickets for the second show as well... but I will definately be going to whatever shows they have in the area in the future. The venue was incredible. How can you beat sitting less than 10 feet away from the band, with less than 100 people in the room? Perfect. It was a wonderful evening.
Now I'm home in Athens, with my cats all yowling about how much they love me and how starving their little pudgy tummies are.
