you'd be surprised at the reaction you get when a home depot rep asks if they can help you find anything and you say "i'm looking for something really small and really heavy, but i don't know what it is yet." it's also surprising how many of them end up trying to help you brainstorm ideas for such a strange request.

samara is bulimic and mister has pica. i wonder what's wrong with mogwai... come to think of it, she never seems to eat. maybe she's anorexic.
