Getting it together!

Well it's a busy busy time as usual, but I'm really trying to push forward with a lot of projects. My 9 -5 job has become more of a 10 - 8 job, and takes a bunch of my time, but now that I don't have to work the weekends I've been trying to use every moment I have to make some progress.

First up I cleared out my side of the garage and have been putting up shelves. That should be done with week with some luck.

I threw out a ton of stuff and went to a land fill for the first time in my life. It was a little depressing. I took a quick shot on my phone of the place where you dump stuff. People work there and push things over the edge. I didn't want to peek over the edge for fear I would trip and fall in!

Next I figured if I was going to work on all the costume/prop/fx stuff I want to I'd need a work table.. So I went to the hardware store got some wood and built myself something. I also had no power supply on my side of the garage so I went ahead and added that into my bench as well.

I don't think I would have ever finished all the cleaning if not for Danny, Tom, and Mikel!

My next big step is the much needed update for my website. I figure with the Darkstalkers book about to be out people might actually look at the site... So I'm working on not only an update to it, but also putting up some more of the work I've done lately. My old site is sadly years out of date.

This includes some photo shoots I've done but never posted. I also just ordered a film scanner so I can post some of my film work up online. I just got back some med format negatives that I'm itching to see what they actually look like. My goal is to have most of the above done within the next 7 to 10 days. (This also includes a photoshoot on Sunday after the 4th!)

I'm really feeling productive, and I can't wait to use my new workbench!

After all that my focus will be Dragoncon costumes!
