I don't think I've posted these before... My mom gave me this recipe, and it comes in really handy for bake sales or gifts...
Cake Mix Cookies
1 box of cake mix without pudding, any flavor
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 bag of chips or candies, any flavor
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until blended. Mix in chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Combinations I've tried: strawberry cake mix with white chocolate chips; devils food with white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts; butter cake mix with cherry chips (SO good if you can find them)... Tons of possibilities.
Rocky Road Candy
1 12 oz package, semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14oz can, sweetened condensed milk (can use fat free, if you want)
2 TBS butter
2 cups dry, roated peanuts
1 10.5 oz miniature marshmallows
Over low heat, melt chocolate with milk and butter. In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmellows. Stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in a wax-paper lined 9x13 pan. Chill two hours or until firm. Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
