Hard boiled egg hint.

How many of us are tired of (or even grossed out by) green yolks when we hard boil eggs for Easter (or whenever)? I know I was, until I discovered this method, which has worked every time for me.

1. Put the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water.
2. Bring them to a boil, and then turn the heat off and let them sit for 15 minutes.
3. Take them out to cool.

The yolks will be perfectly yellow without any green.
