hmm...interesting.
yay! i bought some new sex books for myself to study and pass on my interesting finds to all of you. oh man, buying sex books is just so funny. i stayed in the sex section of the book store for like 15 minutes trying to pick out some helpful books, all the while people kept passing me and going to look at the medical section and i'm flipping through the kama sutra. it's even better when people try to look like they're browsing medical journals when really they're embarrassed at wanting to look at the sex books, and are obviously waiting for me to leave so they can look alone. i was just so completely unabashed about buying them, it's a very entertaining experience.
anyways, not much has been happening, just been hanging out with people, visiting, catching up, etc. i still miss denison like crazy and i so need to visit people, i'm thinking a definite trip up to cleveland is in order, possibly toledo, i'm going to rochester in july, and i'd like to visit cincinnati and dayton as well. but yeah, really can't wait til august 15th when i get to go back.
well, without any further ado, let's just continue on to what you all actually want to read. oh, and i don't feel like listing all my sources, but i do have them, so if you want to know, ask me, i swear i'm not making any of it up. :-)

Topic of the Day: Orgasms (i thought since we were already on the subject of multiple ones, we'd just move on to orgasms in general)
Did you know that the longest recorded orgasm was 43 seconds with 25 consecutive contractions? That's pretty impressive...but seriously, who records their orgasms and how do these studies get verification? That's really kinda sketchy, oh well, this is the stuff i want to research as a sexologist.
Here's another fun fact-the clitoris has absolutely no other function than orgasmic pleasure. it has the highest number of concentrated nerve fibers found in the human body--8,000! that's higher than anywhere else in the body and twice as many as a man's penis.
Answer to last post's quiz: okay, well...this was interesting because my original source said that there was no known scientific proof that males are able to have multiple orgasms...however, in The Little Book of Sex by Anne Hooper (2005) it says that there have been new scientific findings...apparently, some men have learned how to inhibit ejaculation while still having the physical sensation of an orgasm, and so with continued stimulation are, in fact, able to have multiple orgasms! i'd just like to say that i, for one, am impressed that these guys learned how to do that. that's pretty sweet. so there we go. multiple ejaculation and orgasm is not possible for men, but apparently just multiple orgasms are. so y'all are right. and i say you all because while only one person actually commented with an answer, many of you gave me your answer through some other form of communication. don't do that lol. i like comments.
