On a petty note, I am really annoyed with how my schedule is preventing me from making lasagna. I have an open container of ricotta to use up and really want to make it, but it takes around half an hour to assemble and an hour and a half to cook, so I need 2 hours at home, ending at a time that is reasonably dinner appropriate (i.e., not beginning at 9 PM). I literally do not know when this is going to happen next. I'm going to be so grumpy if I have to throw out this mostly full container! No wonder people eat lots of prepackaged foods, I mean, geez.
