Back to Work
I start back to work on Tuesday as a strategic copywriter for Nobis Interactive (www.nobisinteractive.com). The formal offer will come over the weekend, but I had lunch with the owner today and he offered me the position. They have ideas of how to expand my capacity moving forward (they often pay for training classes/continuing education for their employees). It's a smaller company, around 40 people. I will be the only creative copywriter on staff, but they have about 10 content writers as well. The work atmosphere is relaxed, but high-paced, and there is plenty of work to keep me busy right at the start.
In other news, work on the entertainment center (we're re-adjusting the tv opening to fit the widescreen) is about halfway through. Fill, sand, fill, sand, paint, paint, paint is still to come. Some day I'll even post pictures of all the work we've done to date.
