Which graphics program do you use? PSP 8 and AS 3 (I actually prefer PSP 8 to any other version...)
Favorite Tutorials: Oh goodness, I have so many good ones in my memories. My Mems - mostly coloring tutorials
Favorite Textures/Brushes: I like the scratchy textures and the blobs (HAHA!), but rarely use brushes anymore.
Favorite Fonts: A&S series, D3 Beatmapism (for pixel text), Arial
Favorite Image Sources: Veer.com is my favorite right now. Also recommend Corbis.
Favorite Lims/Icontests: stock_lims, actress_lims and badassinc_lims (also avatarhush)
Favorite Icon Communities: Oh goodness...iconzicons, eviltera_iconz, ohh_redlace, obviously iconseeyou, brandyhall_art, grrliz_icons, etc etc.
Most Inspirational Icon Makers: iconzicons (ponyboy and mrbnatural), iconseeyou (ack_attack), grrliz (lovely text icons)...many many others.
Any cool tips? Mix and match your tutorials. I tend to take bits from one tutorial and mix it with bits of another. Sometimes you end up with complete crap, but sometimes you discover something no one has ever seen before. :)

Haha you admit to liking blobs! XD

I am definitely going to raid your tutorials list, I only recently got Photoshop so up until a few months ago I couldn't use them haha. I need to catch up!

lol, I'm definitely in the minority there! But when used properly, they can look really nice. Not every picture needs them, but I like them for emphasizing text. :D

Oh goodness, go go! A lot of the ones I have are PS, but PSP compatible (WOOT!) and I know I have several lists on there too. :D

HI.

You don't always need a blue Exclusion layer.

What is this you speak of? What does it do?

Do you really not know? If you make a layer of dark blue and set it to Exclusion, you get that whole slightly yellow look that a lot of people use. But I feel like a lot of people think they ALWAYS need one, but they really don't. I use it for stuff like this icon:
