Step one : Crop and Resize image (100 x 100 Pixel) sharpen if the image need to be

Step Two : Duplicate the base Layers >> Adjustments>>Auto Levels

Step Three: Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Curves
                     RGB
1st Point : Input :96
                   Output :127
2nd Point : Input :121
                   Output : 165
3rd Point : Input : 176
                  Output :212

Step Four : Duplicate Base : Overlay Opacity 100 %

Step Five : Duplicate Base again : Darken  Opacity 100 %

Step Six : Duplicate Base one last time: Screen  Opacity 100 %

i added text ( "ME?")  font : Viper Nore size 11 but you can add anything you want brushes text anything
