I am a part of the GJ icon tutorial community and there seem to be a lot of new people there. Not too many use PS, like I do, so they usually have to translate the tutorials that I do post over there to their programs. Usually, this isn't an issue since my tutorials are very easily followed, or so I'd like to think. However, in the last few months ( Read more... )

PSP (7) has a Layer Palette.

All right! That should help a great deal. I'll save them to my desktop (once I get home) and use them to illustrate points to the newbies when I post my next tutorial.

In PSP8, the layer palette has Duplicate Layer as a shortcut (as so):
