this is a nice tutorial. I was wonderhing how did you get the yellow tint in the icon that your using next to your name. It's very nice.

how do you desaturate?

In PSP, do colors>adjust>hue/saturation/lightness, move saturation to -100 (all the way to the bottom). Basically, just make it grayscale.
