okay. i know ive seen others post program HELP questions here, so i am going under the assumption this is gonna be okay to post...
i am using corel paint shop pro x2...
& my crop to selection tool is cropping image to a new image instead of cropping the current image. I AM NOT LIKING THIS. i tried going to file-prefrences-reset prefrences, but alas, no help. i have been trying to look this issue up online but i havent found anything helpful...so i am REALLY hoping someone from this community might be able to help.
