problems with cs5.
I've searched the tags, and it seems people have been able to fix their problems with CS5. Which distresses me because I just can't, despite what I try. D:
Like a lot of people, I keep getting "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."
I've already installed the latest version of Quicktime and all my files are .mov. This is a fairly recent development, given I've made .gifs before: here and here. But it randomly stopped working.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
