Hi, I notice a lot of icons lately look kind of shiny? Look at the black parts on this for an example:

I don't know how to explain it better than that, sorry. How can I achieve this effect? I think it's a solid colour (grey) on lighten but I don't know how to accomplish it so it looks good, it always dulls it for me. So I was wondering if there was a guide or something. If you can shed light on this it would be very much appreciated, tyvm.
