Lightness/Darkness/Red?

I need help! :)
This picture is waaay too dark. No flash on phone = bad. Anyway, I tried screen, lightness, and I can't get it to get lighter without looking messed up. The redness is a big factor, I think, but I can't reverse that either.
Tips? Suggestions? Examples?
I have PSP9 and PS Elements 5.
