(no subject)

My stepmom bought these baby carrots that come in little packages - 20cals per package. Now I won't be so confused counting calories for them. :)

Tomorrow I'm going to give my friend Keren 1/2 my candy (I told her I would anyway), and I'm giving my Dad the other half, telling him to make sure I don't eat it 'cause I wanna send it to my bf. Which is the truth.

I was sad the other day, because I found out my Dad is on some horrible diet that is SO unhealthy for you. I was trying to tell him this, but he wouldn't listen. A few months ago, my Dad had a heart attack because of taking pills containing ephedra most of his life. I am going to make him a 2 week diet (healthy), and just hand it to him one day. I'll offer to help make all the foods on it. I know I'm such a horrible hypocrite, but I just want my family to be healthy at least... :( Even though they're such jerks to me. x.x

This is the lunch I made for myself tomorrow:
1 bottle of water - 0cals
1 baby carrot pack - 20cals
1 med. apple cut up and put on 3 small kabob sticks (haha) - 75cals
1 piece of sugarfree gum (that I will steal from one of my friends) - 3-5 cals

I ate a couple of the apple pieces while making it, because some of them broke off. That's why I put it as 75 instead of 80... :( I was just trying to make it seem like there is more than there actually is, so I'll feel full faster. Tomorrow I'm going to aim for 400 calories or less (less is better).

So my idea is to eat 1 apple kabob before school, one during lunchhour, and one after school. I'll just eat the carrots whenever I need them, or throughout the day like the apple. When I get home, I'm going to make some mushroom soup (with water instead of skim milk, or 1/2 water 1/2 skim milk... I've never tried this, but it's on the can, so it can't be all that bad). If my parents make us eat dinner at the table, I will try to eat as little as possible. If they give it to me to bring downstairs, I'll pretend to eat it but throw it out, and I'll just heat up 200cals worth of the soup later (if I can figure out how to measure it >o<), so it looks like I'm eating a lot. :) This means I'll have eaten around 300 calories, so I can snack on half a box of pocky (or something more filling if I can find it) while I surf pro-ana sites tomorrow night. :D 1/2 a can of tuna is 60cals, so maybe I could have that and something else that is 40cals... who knows! :):)
