A Few Days Back At Home...
Well, this weekend was pretty good to me. I came home Friday and found out that my parents bought me my replacement cell phone ($50 since I had insurance), so I was happy about that. Then, I relaxed with my familia as we watched Boondock Saints and Ice Age: The Meltdown.
Saturday, I went into town and that was pretty fun. I went into HR Block and had my taxes done. To my surprise, I thought I was going to pay in, but I ended up having a credit to me of almost $400, which made me a happy Jay. After getting my $$$, I asked if we could go to Target and get some stuff for me since I have almost nothing at my dorm. So, I tried to do the saddest/cutiest face that I could muster and my parents said it was okay for me to get a ton of stuff (they probably would have anyways, but the pout sealed the deal I think...lol). Anywho, I got a bunch of stuff, and just as I was leaving, I ran into the Slade family. We chatted for a bit, and before I knew it I was going to dinner and such with them...so that was fun. After all that jazz, I came back home, finished up my 5 page paper for REL 334, did some CDO 278 Transcription, and went off to bed. A pretty eventful day when I look back at it.
Sunday, hmmm, woke up really late Sunday morning (or should I call it afternoon...lol). When I finally did wake up, I basically sat around until late afternoon so that I could drive Ryan and myself back to Central. So, pretty uneventful overall actually.
Now, I just sit here, waiting for classes again. An old roomate of mine keeps Im'ing me and though he is a really cool guy, I dont really feel like talking to him at the moment (long story). So, I am sitting here, doing a little HW and waiting to head off to bed.
So, that is the tale of my weekend, not sure what else to put down...so Adios.
