Might as well..
Since my promise to try and update more often OBVIOUSLY didn't happen.
Really there hasn't been a whole lot of new going on. I got to hang out with Neffie the other night, and that was fun. It's been a long time since she and I just hung out. We got chinese food and then caught up with Pannon and Tychou at this cute little patisserie. I loaned her my L'arc en Ciel VCD with some of their videos on it, since she finally discovered how beautiful Hyde is. ;D
Work has been work. I called in sick one day cuz I just couldn't handle things anymore. One Weds, I was SO frustrated because nobody was answering my pages (i.e.: they didn't come to the front or answer the phone), and about a hundred other things that went wrong, so yeah. It was nice.. and I ended up getting sick pay for it! Which makes me feel a TINY bit guilty, but.. they kind of owe it to me, I figure. It's not like I've ever done that before or anything. Sad thing is, I'm about at my limit, once again, at work. I'm trying to have the viewpoint of "well, if they want a high paid cashier.." but it keeps boiling down to me not WANTING to cashier. I'd rather be stocking stuff.. at least that burns calories. I've gained like.. 10 pounds at least since being put back on torture! >.< It really kinda makes me angry.
So.. on to better things.. ;) My brother is getting married on the 17th of next month.. !!!!! crazy. It's very strange. He's got his house, and I'm SO totally jealous. But very happy for him.
I saw Hidalgo!!! OH man.. I love that movie. I dragged a hurting Kathy to it, and she and I MUCHLY enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful horses, great acting.. really cool cinematography even!! Me likey a LOT! =D
I refused to see Dawn of the Dead. I heard about the many gory zombie killings, and the zombie baby.. and zombie horses.. and yeah. Definitely not going to see it. P-chan did. ;) But he likes zombie movies. Not me!! ew.
I need to 1: Re-dye my hair. and 2: Get a new Blue wig. Pannon, Neffie, Tychou and I are going to SakuraCon next month, and I've got too many (grey) roots, and my other blue wig really SUCKS. ;)
We're all really excited about this convention! Everyone's paid for now, all we need is to plan for the trip (Neffie's already got our maps! YAY!).. I got the days off, I know Neffie already does too. The only drawback is we planned this before P-chan and I were together and before I knew his birthday was the day we're going to be driving home. So I'm probably going to end up missing his family's b'day party for him T.T .. not to mention almost all of his birthday. Grr. But I'll make it up to him!! I WILL!! *whimper*
Today, I'm waiting for him to call me. He got sick last night (so sad!!) and I told him I wouldn't call. That I'd let him wake up and call me. Hopefully he's feeling better. I wanted to take him riding today, but I don't know if that'll happen. It rained lots yesterday, and though the weather is clearing up.. I just don't know if we'll be able to. Specially if he's still not feeling well..
So um.. yeah. That's basically what I know. One of these days.. really.. I will start writing in this more often. I hope.
