She loves people and attention.
She was also stray, previously owned, emaciated, bad dermatitis on her neck, starved, dirty...
Me and my mum have seen her around, but she looked 'owned'. We saw her this morning and she looked horrible. After calling up our local animal-help-people (RSPCA), we caught her to bring her to the vet.
I've never seen a cat scoff down food so quickly as if it would disappear.
We brought her to the vet and he found out that she had been previously owned because she'd been desexed. So basically, someone let her get into that condition by ditching her.
I don't have any idea on how people can do that, but I'm glad to have helped her. After the vet helps her, they'll bring her to the cat shelter and find her a home. I can call up in a week to make sure she's ok.
