Updates are so hard...
Well just got back from 11 days with my mom in San Diego for a family reunion, and also to see other things. Among them we stopped in Long Beach to visit a friend Cheryl, and then up to Simi Valley to see the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, then over to Las Vegas to drop in on the In-Laws for a night, and then home. I'm tired. Worn out. Pooped.
I think i'm going to rest about a month then I'll think about other things.
In other news the house is more or less done. Meaning, due to having to clean for mom's arrival I finally finished cleaning and ordering the front room, so no more boxes out there. The guest room/my craft room is finished, and the only clutter in the house is all in the garage which over time as we can throw it out in the garbage can (we've had the sucker filled every week for over a month) it'll empty out as well. Yay. One more row of cabinets in the garage to put in and I think that about does it.
Especially considering we just 'lost' 20% of our home value on friday. yay. so much for moving to hawaii on that big nest egg. Oh well, no matter. The good news is of course I've been paying extra on the mortgage all along unlike most people so I'm not too worried about the credit crunch in that regard.
I'll be posting new pictures up on the collector site http://homepage.mac.com/icewolf soon so if you're interested you can go take a peek.
I'll also be doing new website things for the association probably so that'll give me something to do besides reading Star, playing Puzzle Pirates, and sleeping or sitting in the pool. Which isn't such a bad gig if you can get it. :D
Oh yeah and doctors appointments. Which reminds me I have to call them. *sighs* Anyway there you have it. The update long awaited (probably not) and much overdue (most definitely). Wax-on. Wax-off.
