So new year new shit to deal with. In a pell mell swoop of either idocy or brilliance I've decided that I need to do something about my fat ass, and stomach, and chin? Yes kids that's right, we're going to fuck with our physical realities this year. YAY!
I stopped in to a local clinic
lipodissolve.com and decided to get something going about me. I had my chin done. Which I have to tell you the whole process is amazing. God bless medical advances. First they grill you about what you want to be, well not so much grill, discuss. There are doctors and nurses and all kinds of people to poke you and measure you and photograph you. Then you begin the process, you sit on the table and they swab you down with alcohol, and inject the fluid (PCDC) into the area to be changed. 5 syringes for my chin, I'm not sure to be happy or sad about that, but they had 2 more ready to go for me. Then they hand you icepacks for 10 minutes. The icepacks are done, no more icing down the area.
Which btw, quickly swells up and hurts like hell. LOL Okay not that bad, it feels like a deep tissue bruise. But swell it does. My existing fat chin, is now 2x it's original size and filled with expaned fat cells. These cells will eventually lyse(laise sp?) which means to litterally destroy itself the outside cell membrane dissolves and the cell components are slowly absorbed into the bloodstream and removed from the body. So it's permanent. No go-y back-y.
We'll see. :)
The other service the clinic offers is Medifast
http://www.medifast1.com/ which is a liquid meal replacement system. But it's more than that. They also offer soups, meal bars, oatmeal, soy chips, and teas. However, since I"m fatty mcFattster, I get to drink my dinners at least the first 4 weeks. It's 5+1 system lets you keep your shit together though. You drink 5 shakes a day. 1 within an hour of waking up, and 1 within an hour of going to bed. 3 more throughout the day, and then you get the 1 lean & green meal at night. The lean meal is 7 ounces chicken or fish, 5 ounces lean beef, pork or lamb plus 2 cups of salad or 1 1/2 cups veggies. It's basically high protein, low carb.
We'll see how it goes. Anyway. ;)
So that's news of the weird.
Happy New Year to everyone and good luck on your New Year Resolutions if you have any.
