I'm sorry this is so late ::fails:: I've been busy and mopey lately and honestly had intended to post this earlier in the week. Also, (just in case) this post has spoilers for the Lost finale. As in, for everything. If you still haven't seen it, turn back now. Children of Earth too. (should I have to warn for that still?). This is a very judgmental post, and I take no responsibility for any harshed squee.
And I've been rewatching Harry Potter 4, and having a grand time yelling out "Doctor" or "Use your sonic screwdriver!" at the screen every time David Tennant appears. His tongue fascinates me.

Day 26 - OMG WTF? Season finale
See, there was a reason I wanted to have this up before the Lost finale aired, because I knew it would win by default. EVERYONE WAS DEAD. POSSIBLY THE WHOLE TIME. Are you fucking kidding me!? The finale can be summed up like this: Locke's fall, EVERYBODY DIES. However that aside, it was an absolutely amazing episode. I knew that there was no way they'd be able to explain everything, so I wasn't surprised about that, though it took Jon explaining it a bit more for me to really appreciate it. As people have said: if you watched Lost for the characters, you were happy with the finale; if you watched Lost for the mythology. For me it was a combination of both. Of corse I was sobbing happy and sad tears when it ended (sad because it was over) and the Jack/Kate thing was one ship I never fully got on, even in s1 pre-Sawyer/Kate so :\ to that, but I was happy with the ending eventually
So originally, this was Torchwood: Children of Earth, for obvious reasons: (Johnson's surprise!heel-face-turn, Stephen, Ianto ::sobs:: Gwen begging Jack to stay for her in front of Rhys, STEPHEN, plotholes you could drive trucks through, RTD wants a s4, etc.) But then I saw the finale for Desperate Housewives. A CAR BLOWS UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET AND NO ONE MENTIONS IT EVER AGAIN, AND LYNETTE GIVES BIRTH IN A RUN DOWN HOUSE WITH PRETTY MUCH NO HELP AND SUFFERS NO ADVERSE EFFECTS. BECAUSE ALL PALES IN COMPARISON WITH SUSAN MOVING HOLY FUCK. Also Gabby not only breaks not!Dad out of the hospital when he was just in a coma, but he's perfectly fine the next night. lolwut?
Day 27 - Best pilot episode
Also Lost. The first episode I watched actually wasn't the pilot but DAMN it was an amazing pilot. Let me say this: I watched it when I was eating dinner, and saw a man sucked into a turbine. I may have lost my appetite, but I kept watching. It was creepy and mysterious and twisted, and much like turbine man was, I was sucked right in. (lol, bad pun)
Day 28 - First TV show obsession
Sailor Moon. And how. (followed quickly by Cardcaptors). Sailor Moon was also the first fandom I was ever really involved with
Note: Sailor Moon did not make it onto "fave TV show ever" because once I discovered the manga, I realized I liked it a lot more, and the anime I actually watched was the dub. So yeah... So favorite series ever would be Sailor Moon too, just not because of the tv show.

Doctor Who series 5. No surprise there. And in the fandom world: Torchwood. I wish I knew how to quit you! ...not really.
