(no subject)
I told myself that I couldn't turn on my TV until I finished cleaning my apartment. The maintenance people are coming either tomorrow or the next day to do their thing (air filters, check the fire alarms, etc.) and I didn't want them thinking that I was a slob that loved to wallow in her own filth and let dust bunnies have free roaming access everywhere.
End result: apartment is clean, dust bunny free and I got to play Dragon Age. All in all, it's been a productive evening. Just finished fighting the final boss for Act II (read: running around screaming in circles while he chased me about the room and flinging cold spells every other chance I got. My mage!Hawke has badass magic skills and a pretty impressive mana level, but her health bar is crap.) and finished Fenris's Questioning Beliefs quest in the beginning of Act III.
Um.
Please excuse me while I sit here and make little awww noises. I love Anders (well, Awakening era Anders at least. Kirkwall!Anders has gotten on my nerves a bit) to pieces and all, but OMG FENRIS. He's elbowed Rory out of the way, cut in front of Varel, jumped over Fergus, shouldered Zevran AND Alistair out of their places in the Character Love line and is currently tapping on Nathaniel's shoulder to try to take his place as my favorite character for this series. He's just so...so...*MELTS*
Don't worry Nate, as co-favorite, Varric's got your back. He says you non-LI's have to stick together.
