I pre-ordered the Shugo Chara figure capsule set that had a release date of June 30/31.
The end of June comes...no package and no e-mail explanation. The site is now updated as saying that the release date is July 30/31.
E-mail the company -who sporadically responds to questions anyways- and the response is that they have no idea if the item will ever be in stock, problem with the dist. company.
End of July, STILL no package. Site updated now to say that the release date is now August 30/31.
It has now been delayed by 2 months and the item has already been released to everyone who ordered it from a Japanese site. HLJ, etc.
I get no response to the e-mail I send so I post on the forum on July 31st...
I receive a reply on August 1st;
"Sorry about that, I will check with Japan and get back to you on Tuesday ( I will be visiting my supplier who usually supply our capsule figures.)"
That wednesday evening, I receive the reply to my comment:
"I think that's correct, one supplier has been very bad in communicating with us about the Yujin Capsule, and we have stopped using them. Again I apologize for the inconvenient, and sorry that we might not be able to get this item."
I check back at the end of August after no package arrives...release date is now updated to September 8/9. I check back on September 11th and the NEW release date is October 10.
