[Aizen still hasn't returned from his death, and Hitsugaya is beginning to wonder whether he will, though he's no where near optimistic enough to plan for Aizen's disappearance. He's been holding onto this idea in the back of his mind for a while now, unsure of when to voice it or what it might entail, but now it seems he's decided there's no point

And how does one captain intend to not only attempt to gather everyone into an organized militia, but train those that are unable to properly fight?

One of my many talents consists of being able to analyze and negate the abilities of others. Instructing others in strategy and how to defend themselves would be an asset.

[And then he'd know what strategies they were likely to use.

Aizen's abilities are related to all shinigami. Uchiha Madara's abilities are related to all shinobi.]

...Kamelot and Collabel. Would you be able to negate abilities such as theirs?

I have not yet encountered them, so I cannot give an accurate answer to what it would take to do so. However, I would find a way; I did so with the Quincy and that pineapple of a bankai user, after all.

[Hitsugaya isn't at all fond of the Quincy nor Abarai, but to hear an enemy mention them that way does not make him happy.]

Then find a way. Kamelot and Collabell.

A description of these individuals would be most helpful.

Rhode Kamelot is a dark skinned girl - loud, demanding, and antagonistic - but she's a child only in the way I am. [i.e. Totally not.] She has infiltrated people's minds in order to kill, incapacitate, and torture victims.

Yuca Collabell is a man with dark hair and red eyes, generally quiet but intelligent and alert. He is supposedly immortal, reincarnating after he dies. He wants to die.

[That's all he's willing to say. Which are actually things Szayel could have figured out if only he'd asked the network.]
