[Aizen still hasn't returned from his death, and Hitsugaya is beginning to wonder whether he will, though he's no where near optimistic enough to plan for Aizen's disappearance. He's been holding onto this idea in the back of his mind for a while now, unsure of when to voice it or what it might entail, but now it seems he's decided there's no point in second guessing anything if all he'll end up doing is second guessing everything.
The only question now is how to word it properly.]
There has been no shortage of sparring matches between residents, but I've yet to see any serious attempts to coordinate attacks or abilities with others outside of necessity. If more people were to do so beforehand, the city as a whole would be better prepared for [Mutant outbreaks, little girls throwing deadly tantrums in people's heads, homicidal split personalities, evil man-eating butterflies.] the unexpected.
Whether it's organized as a whole or individuals do so for themselves, it certainly couldn't hurt. Especially if this winter proves to be like the last.
