[Aizen still hasn't returned from his death, and Hitsugaya is beginning to wonder whether he will, though he's no where near optimistic enough to plan for Aizen's disappearance. He's been holding onto this idea in the back of his mind for a while now, unsure of when to voice it or what it might entail, but now it seems he's decided there's no point

Sparring isn't what I'm looking for. Coordination is. Combining abilities in more effective ways.

Your dragonite would be an asset, and thus you would be as well.

Each trainer has one pokemon at their disposal in Adstringendum and they each have various techniques and abilities. If you need any of them, I can tell you what they can do and whether or not they can be of any use to what you're planning.

I have three Dragonite, each with different elemental focuses. The one I have with me now tends to deal with thunder, but he also has different fire and ice abilities that can be utilized, though he's not as well practiced with them. He's very strong and can fly very quickly. Our latest record is circling the entire city in about four minutes.

I also have a telepathic connection with him, so if you need him at any point, he can always talk to me from a distance.

He won't be nearly as helpful in the winter. Snow can cause him to slow down and can be harmful if we're not careful... and new arrivals may drop in during ice storms and whatever else.

I'm told that's your particular area of expertise.
