Tips for meditation would be appreciated. Ones that don't involve zanpakutou who believe repetition of unwanted subjects is helpful in any way.

While my source may have been putting words into people's mouths, I was informed that a few members of the Amestrian militia may be interested in something similar to an alliance with the Gotei 13. I cannot discount better communication and cooperation between people here, especially between the more prominent groups. I understand there are likely already such connections in place, and I have no intention of disrupting them, only of offering another. I also have no intention of asking anyone to fix our problems for us.
If you wish to discuss such an option, several of the captains present here are willing as well.
