Seriously, I purposely get my car stuck in the middle of the parking lot blocking all other cars from leaving or coming in. I do it every year just to see how long it take a human respond to someone in need of help. Seriously!
first person that came was trying to get in the parking lot... they debated for a second then decided there was enough room to sneak pass me.
second victim was the chic parked behind me. She asked if I was stuck, but then hop in her car and asked me to make sure she didn't hit me.... slightly caring but self motivating.
about three more cars just drove around me at that point I was out there an hour.
As I laid on the ground trying desperately to get a chunk of ice from under my tire, a black car backs up really fast stopping only ten feet from my head them whip in to a spot in revers. Seriously?
Two guys are in the car... with loud rap music. A tall lengthy guy hops out as asked if I was stuck? No really?
Rolls eyes... well this guy then hops on the ground next to me and said my problem is a pile of snow, take my shelf then mashes it for a few minute. then ask for my keys an hop in my car and gas it in reverse. I was free... it looked too easy.
Then I got the same lecture I get from some guy that takes pity on me every year about how I just need to give it a little gas. No really?
Well my angel hop back in the car without another word, and zoomed away to Cambridge to see his girlfriend.
So three people made actual contact with me and three cars drove around me... Last year it went much faster. Did I mention one of the car people that drove around me is a jack ass I help dig out only two days ago, that I'm pretty sure lives above me. Jack ASS!
So overall my experiment went well this year... thank you mystery car guys that always seem to know when I lost all hope and come save me from a night of cold.
Okay maybe I was lazy and didn't want to walk to campus but I figure I had to do it sooner or later otherwise I might not get out of that spot until spring. The joys of Whitewater parking!
