Shishido, who fires the word "gekidasa" at every opportunity and feigns coolness, and Fuji, who is exceedingly cool and has a so-called smart expression that's suited to him. However, the both of them vehemently hate to lose and are uncontrollable when fired up. The difference from static to dynamic has a pattern that is proportional to the explosive power of their emotions.

After facing setbacks, his flaming desire to improve himself is still lit up.

When he encounters the few people in existence who can light the fire inside of him, he is unable to suppress his excited heart.

Because their desire to win is stronger than anything else, they also won't hesitate to show a side of themselves that doesn't care about what others think.
Although the points that fire them up are different, their common point is their passion, which doesn't spare them from showing their desperate side in matches. Outside of the courts, both Fuji, whose smiling face never fades, and Shishido, who hates uncool behavior, appear to be cool, but this may simply be evidence that they have little interest in things other than tennis.
