How much is too much?
I now have a $200+ "free" rabbit.
I love Remi, but these vet bills are getting absurd for an animal that people eat or feed to their snakes. Am I a monster if I'm reluctant to take him to the vet for any further problems? I don't want him to be in pain, but I don't even have time off of work, so it's also a chunk from my paycheck each of these times he needs care. To add to my unease, I don't even know how much longer I can keep him, but that's an entirely different story for me to stress about. More details later.
