Howdy. Its me again. I think my one carpel is broken. It still hurts. Yesterday I jammed with Olson. It was moy bueno. Then i went to work and it sucked. But i bought almsot famous. and i watched it. and it was moy bueno. Then i sat up for a while, realized i was worthlessly in love, then i went to be and woke up with a cold. that blows.
track yesterday was wholesome goodness. two days ago the distance crew went out on a 30 minute run and our heartrates had to stay under 160. the pace we set was slightly faster than a walk. however maybe half the sprinters would have kept up. sorry. the pace we set yesterday could be construed as blistering. epple and cherry ran away from everyone. me and the steinbugles tried to chase to no avail. then we played with bungie cords, as ashley earnest got snapped in the ass from about 50 yards. tons o fun. then i came home and went to olson's and then to work and then home. bye.
