jinggle - Day 6

Have gathering with friends for tonight and tomorrow. Gathering means more food... I hope I don't gain weight tomorrow...
  • A plate of chicken rice with beancurd
  • A bit baked cheese bread
  • 1 Oreo soft cake
  • Some wasabi jerky sandwich codfish
  • 1/4 cup of coffee
  • Fried black pepper chicken chop with extra french fries

  • My diet was very successful this morning and afternoon. I think I should eat less jerky sandwich and share half of my chicken chop with my friends.

    Weight in the morning: 136.91lbs
    Current weight: 135.58lbs
    Yesterday's weight: 135.36lbs
