I did a lot of research on diet today. I even write notes for diet and print out a list of calories.

These websites make me have hope for losing weight again. This morning, I was thinking of stopping my diet for a few days...
  • A bowl of tom yam suhun
  • 1 curry puff
  • 4/5 bag of potato chips
  • Some beancurd pudding
  • 1/2 Oreo soft cake
  • A bite of dried chicken meat

  • Looks like a success to me! (Except for the chips I ate during the end of the day.) Hope things going as smooth as this!
