Rant + Freedom [Chapter 4]
YOU STUPID JERK!! JERK! JERK!!! BURN IN HELL WITH YOUR STUPID PRIDE!!!
You remember me saying that I’m aiming for 99 for Math2C?
And do you remember this fic that I made because of my crush?
True, having an inspiration that you want to impress helps a lot…but definitely, he crashed my world.
Things, started getting awkward since our last quiz.
Since almost everybody in my new block were trying to get my attention to teach them the parts they don’t understand, not that I’m boasting about it though. So my name can be heard continuously throughout the room, and I have to admit that even I myself nearly got irritated. But of course, they just wanted to pass the quiz just like me, so I controlled my irritation and paid attention to everyone calling me as much as I can. But because he was seated behind me..when I stood up he said
“Khust na lang ng Khust! Mella na lang ng Mella! Gab na lang ng GAB! Bakit ikaw na lang palagi? Naririndi na ako sa pangalan mo!”
“It’s always Khust! Mella! Gab! Why is always you? I’m getting tired/sick of hearing your name!”
I’m a girl. And of course, I got shocked with his reaction and he was just right in front of me when he said that, so I kind’a felt like crying and even the whole class fell silent, but of course, some told him to shut up. And I merely ignored him that time.
Second, was during the distribution of papers and grades.
As the normal routine goes. The teacher asks the three top people who were able to answer the most difficult problems. I was called the last, and the one given to me was the longest and most complicated problem and my teacher said that I was the only one who answered it correctly. So of course, I earned hoots and teases from my blockmates again. And not just that, when my teacher called me surname, she said “Our number one”
But, though it wasn’t on purpose, I kind’a glanced back and I spotted him. And he rolled his eyes at me! I didn’t mind it at first, but when the distribution of grades came, someone asked the teacher the highest grade and she answered it was 99. My BMs immediately teased me but of course, I still wasn’t that sure, so I kept silent.
The grades were written on small strips of paper. So when I took mine, yeah it was 99. But the teacher said
“You should all be like her”
Which was something that my mates answered with a joke, but when I sat down he said something like
“I won’t want to be like you, trying so hard”
He said it so seriously with a cold expression that I felt like tears are forming already. I didn’t know what to do until he was told that he was just insecure and he needs to shut up but still he rolled his eyes at me again!
I’m a girl I repeat. And being sensitive sometimes, is what I hate the most about being one.
Anyway, let’s put an end to it.
Today is Thursday so it’s my update day. ENJOY!

Chapter 4
Hikaru had his cap and sunglasses on as he unloaded the car with Yuuki, typical of his disguise when he goes out on public
“This is the place?” Hikaru looked at the decent looking apartment building
“Yes” Yuuki answered but she was already on her way in
“Welcome, please come in” a sweet looking lady opened the door for them and led them to a room, and this time Hiakru wasn’t sure of they got the right place, he had this image of a brothel as a creepy, dark and somewhat abandoned place but this building looked cozy, clean, very stylish
“Is there something you need?” the lady sat in front of them
“You’re Matsuoka-san, right?” Yuuki asked with a smile
“Yes, is there something you want?”
“We’re here for Inoo Kei” Yuuki stated and Hikaru was sure he saw this Matsuoka flinch for a second there
“Oh, my beautiful lady, it seems like you know this industry already” she laughed softly, oh well, she’s the friendly business person type, Hiakru thought
“Yes ma’am, so maybe we need to put things down the table..” Yuuki started
“Okay, if you please don’t mind me pulling this one out” Matsuoka pulled out a clear file underneath the table “Inoo Kei, is one of our most preferred children….” She started elaborating things
‘God damn this place, 80000yen only and we can do everything to him?’
“I was wondering if how much he would cost…if..”
“Yes?” Matsuoka asked
“If we pay…for forever” Yuuki snapped whilst the door swung open and Inoo came in,
“Inoo-chan…” Hikaru mumbled incredulously as he stared at the bruised boy, he looked tired and battered but he just stood there by the door and dared not to look at Hikaru
“Oh” Matsuoka’s face stiffened and her friendly smile fade immediately “It seems like you took a great liking to him, but we want to remind you that it won’t be nice to get the same old…if you know what I mean..”
“I’m not going to have sex with him” Yuuki boldly stated
“Oh, yes, but the point is…we don’t let them out forever, no business does that. They might spill things out about us..”
“Don’t worry, we’re not cops or anything, we just want the boy out of this place no matter how much it costs”
“A million”
“What?” even Hiakru blurted out
“A million yen, if you’re willing to pay that much” Matsuoka repeated with a devilish grin
“Here” Yuuki tossed a check to the table and Matsuoka picked it up eagerly
‘He’s just a million? Oh this business is stupid’ Hikaru cursed
“I changed my mind…4 million, it seems like you are that desperate” she was playing dirty
“Really?” Yuuki knew how to play dirtier, she yanked the check form Matsuoka’s hands and handed
another
“500000?” Matsuoka smirked but gasped as Yuuki slammed a paper down her desk
“You want a dirty deal? Here, yesterday night, a client of yours working under my family’s company was arrested, his whole life is depending on the money he gets from working from us so his source of living is our company, he could spill everything with my simple commands, and another thing is….maybe you wouldn’t want to get Harimutsu Family in this deal right?” she threatened and was in advantage to the whole situation
“Harimutsu? Fine, fine, deal, get that boy out of here and…” Hiakru was amazed on how desperate and threatened she looked as she shooed them away
“Another thing Matsuoka-san..”
“Yes?”
“Erase all…ALL of his information, records and everything about him that concerns this place…erase it before I force you” Matsuoka looked terrified as she nodded furiously.
She escorted the boy out of the building who looked hesitant.
"Don't worry, everything will be fine" Yuuki smiled brightly to him
