I know so many of us continue to have a horrible time of it lately; health-wise, financial, dealing with sick, or dying, loved ones, etc. Heck, so many times, the only way I've been able to keep my head up has been because of the love and support you all give me here.
Mandy and her family have been going through such a rough time of it the last year. Temp job after temp job has either ended early, not been what they were promised or just never appeared at all. They're both working so hard to find something stable, something that they can hold onto long term. They have to, they have two gorgeous little boys depending on them.
They've got groceries in the house, they have a few dollars in the bank so at least it's not a negative balance. What they don't have is the $700.00 they need to be able to pay their rent. If they can't come up with it very soon they stand a very real chance of losing their apartment.
I know that she's going to try and get help for their rent through one of our local churches but it's not a given that they can help. Mandy, a_phoenixdragon, is a kind, giving, supportive person who would do anything she could if she knew you needed help. She has a huge heart and is always there for her friends.
I can't just stand by and watch this happening. Mandy hates having to ask for help for herself, that's why I'm asking for her. She has a PayPal account, I even have her email addy that's connected to it. If anyone would like to help, even if it's just a couple of dollars, her PayPal address is phoenixdragondreams @ gmail.com . Don't worry, I asked Mandy beforehand if it would be okay to list it here. Also, please, if you wouldn't mind, help me pass the word about this along. The more people that see it, the better chance we have at getting her some help.
Like I said before, she's a good, kind person who is doing her best to provide for her family. She shouldn't be facing something like this alone, not when we have the chance to help.
