I just realized that, what with publishing and editing and working and trying to sleep, I don't think I've actually told anybody I was heading out of town. Left yesterday, and at the moment I'm in Leigh Grossman's house. Tomorrow, I'm the guest in Leigh's two classes at the University of Connecticut (we'll be talking about cover design in the publishing class, and about time travel in the science fiction class). Then, at 6:30, I'll be talking about and signing
The Presidential Book of Lists at the UConn Co-op (it's in Storrs, Connecticut; see
this page if you're interested in showing up).
Anyway, that's what accounts for what will be a somewhat stronger silence than usual from me. I'm the midst of a little SFScope work at the moment, but just realized I ought to say something. Anyway, it's back to New York wicked late Tuesday night, and then off to
Lunacon early Friday, so there won't be much New York City time for me this week. Hope to see some of you somewhere!
